By accessing or using LendLoop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. LendLoop is a peer-to-peer item lending tracker that helps you keep track of things you lend and borrow.
LendLoop, operated by TripFish LLC, provides a platform to track items you lend to or borrow from others. The Service includes item tracking, lending transaction records, return reminders, share links, a social activity feed, and crew-based lending. LendLoop is a tracking and reminder tool — it does not facilitate payments, transfers of ownership, or serve as a legal contract between parties.
You sign in to LendLoop using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) to create and maintain your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you create on LendLoop, including item descriptions, lending notes, and activity feed interactions. By using the Service, you grant LendLoop a limited license to store, display, and process this content to provide the Service to you and other users you interact with. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
You agree not to:
LendLoop allows you to create share links for lending transactions. These links may be accessible to anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients. Share links may have expiration dates and can be revoked at any time.
Crews are groups that allow shared item tracking among members. By joining a crew, you consent to other crew members seeing items you add to that crew. Crew creators and administrators can manage membership and crew items.
LendLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LendLoop is a tracking tool and does not guarantee the return of lent items, the accuracy of user-entered data, or the reliability of reminders. We are not liable for any disputes between users regarding lent or borrowed items. In no event shall TripFish LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. TripFish LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By using LendLoop, you agree that any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service. Your continued use of LendLoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
